What are MK consultants used for?

The construction must be supervised on technical planning by construction management: :

for multi-storey buildings above 4 (four) floors,
buildings with a total area above 5000 m2 (five thousand square meters), special building classification,
buildings that involve more than one planning and construction service provider, and/or
that are implemented in more than one fiscal year (multiyear project).

Construction Management

The construction management consultant is a work team whose task is to supervise, control, assist and be involved in the project development process. Careful planning at the beginning of the project will result in proper execution, which largely determines the success of a project.

MK Consultant Duties

Construction supervision carried out by a construction management service provider (MK Consultant):

supervision at the technical planning stage;
supervision of construction preparation;
supervision of the construction implementation stage until the first handover (provisional handover) of construction work; and
supervision of the Maintenance stage of construction work until the final handover of construction work.
